Simple R C time response electronic simulator recommendation

Please advise simple (for now, R C Volt Current, Pulse charge up, discharge) simulator, off line or on line.   Web has dozen of these.  Wonder which is simple.

Please advise simple stimulator, off line or on line.  Used to have one with signal generator, oscilloscope, voltage/current source/sink.   Web has dozen of these.  Wonder which is simple.  Only need passive components for now

It depends on what you mean by simple?

I'm a big fan of LTSpice myself, but many beginners say they find the interface challenging to learn. TINA TI is another option.
