Looks like the 4052 could work to decode that; the last 2 rows are the outputs I need (P1 & P2) depending on the range selected (Range1: 20V and Range2: 200V). I'm assuming I'd use Range1 and Range2 as the address to the chip (0/1/3), right? Pretty ugly but that's the way the cookie crumbles, I guess.

That means the 200mV and 200V to display identical DP's ? Less ideal on Autoranging part.
 - maybe you need a HV LED for 200V range as well ?
Unless they have .1999 display ability ?
