Even LCSC, if you want stuff from China. The difference is, you know who made the part and if you like it or don't, you can decide to order more of the same or something else in the future. Buying on eBay is pure roulette.

Offtopic: but ...   one day i pass by garage sale , an old man selling some old de-soldering parts,  he was so convinced that old 90-x can of foil caps cost 100x more then $5 ...  shaking some dusty old parts catalog 
cost of making parts are nothing now ....  (it up when spec's need to follow) i have such green resistor in 20W 10ohm only type,  it blow up when i push over 120W from audio amplifier to the single resistor even 60W it holds with heatsink ...

That by the way is NOT a cheap chinese part, it is a quality ARCOL part commonly used in automotive industry.
My colleague was also surprised to see it blow that way, he told me they normally  just shoot the wire and terminal out of the sides at high velocity !
