core materials for signal filters
« on: December 12, 2024, 08:51:47 pm »
If you are interested in signal filters and rather uncommon inductor circuits

What ferrite materials are useful for cores that have good parameters for handling signals (i.e. controlled impedance).

There is some new technologies like metglas, or nanocrystaline and other less common magentic materials marketed towards PSU filtering. Are these relevant to things like say building RLC filter for things like noise measurement circuits or maybe even op amp inductor experiments?
