Could you recommend LCR meter to me ?

It's also way beyond the budget.

Another vote for the DE-5000.  I've had one for about 2 years and it is one of my most useful tools.

An aftermarket mod to improve the test leads is common, there are threads here discussing this.

If i recall    they had some problems with their ac-dc adaptors in the past,  if you buy the model with the red Mastech lettering, it should be a latest version .....

Ya, I think I remember that, they were saying it was something to do with the DCR measurement, and it was due to their adaptor not working right.

You can however, like I have, just use your own.  The DCR measurement is just fine with the AC DC adaptor I'm using.
