Title: current limit design question

Halo everybody,
Can some one please advise where I can learn how to build current limiter circuit?

Please provide more information.

If all you need is over-current protection then a PTC resistor (polyfuse) will do.

A current source/sink can be made with the LM317, see the datasheet.
