Please help identifying a transistor - Solved!

Apologies if this is placed in the wrong forum!

So, i am about to revive the old project that includes a transistor switch but having a really hard time remembering which one i used. I remember this one worked the best for my needs so would really like to find the exact model.

Photo of the part included. Bought loads of different SOT23 transistors from both genuine and aliexpress stores but judging by markings on this one, i would assume it came from aliexpress. Its an NPN and thats all i know.
Google is usually my good friend but this time couldnt help.

Its a MOSFET - IRLML6246TRPBF
