Need software for GenICam/USB3-Vision cameras with host side processing

Hi fellows.

I have a FLIR BFS-U3 camera, with a vendor software "Spinnaker" it works well. However with all features in need turned on, the frame rate becomes terrible. This is because all post processing are done in camera, and it's processor power is limited. (The frame rate with less feature enabled is much faster.)

I want to find a software that can take RAW data from USB3-Vision GenICam format, then process and display it on the host PC side in real time, could anyone suggest some options?
