Datasheet for SPX7005?

Was going through my parts bin and found several chips marked SPX7005 in a 6 pin DIP package.

Does anyone have any idea of what it is? Could it be an opto-coupler?

Datecode is "8130". Probably bought them 15 years ago. Should have printed out a datasheet back then!
