Martin Hot-Beam-04 IR heatplate many isolation issues

I think this product is sold in quite high volume,
so a few of you might even own one, or there is one at your work ?

i like its flat design, and it is fast and easy to use and all that.
BUT it contain a few safety and isolation issues,
something you can fix quite easy,

We have a similar unit at work, the control unit is separate from the heater.
It never created an issue during the regular electrical safety check..
