Max9611 high internal temperature

Hi Everybody

Does anyone have been using MAX 9611  CURRENT SENSE?
The internal temperature has increasing up to 122 degrees celsius when I increase the input voltage to device with 0 current.

see below the measurements:

As I increased the input voltage, the internal temperature rose.

input voltage RS+ pin2------4,067v current =0 intrenal device temperature 39,30 celsius

input voltage RS+ pin2------5,048v current =0 intrenal device temperature 46,08 celsius

input voltage RS+ pin2------6,044v current =0 intrenal device temperature 55,20 celsius
