Title: Difficult to find datasheet, LTC939CS
Post by: ehobby on March 25, 2022, 04:47:43 am
I am looking for the datasheet for the LTC939CS voltage regulator IC, which seems to be near impossible to find. Been hunting this for quite a while. Have looked in Linear databooks from around 2000 (based on the date codes of the chips I have) and all over the web, including the Linear/Analog website. I also could not find it in the IC Master books I have. I suspect if anyone has one it is probably in paper form or part of a application note from Linear.

Thanks

Drop the CS part and prepare for awe!

Nope, all you get is a DigiKey page (obsolete item, no docs) and some spam.

This is literally the only remotely relevant document I found.
https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/reliability-data/r245.pdf (https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/reliability-data/r245.pdf)

At least it confirms that the part really existed.

Have you tried asking Linear/Analog directly?
