Digital / Linear IC Tester - Any DIY Project Online

Hi Folks,
    I am looking for a diy mcu based ic tester project online that i could make for my lab use .I plan to test digital ttl and cmos ic and also other linear ic if it does support them  .I am sure we have something like this but i could not find any worthwhile contenders .Please help and pour in your findings etc to this thread .

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking to do, but it sounds like the Bus Pirate will get some of that done out of the box.

First, off, even had I have noticed your username, how am I supposed to know Lynx-India is distributor of autoelectric products? Secondly, is what you sell not good enough for you? You obviously have access to them. If you need additional features, you can very easily program tests into any micro yourself... it's straight forward digital logic

     I Sell Many programmers in india " Autoelectric , Wellon Also Now As Distributor " + EE Tools USA " .I am looking for a dedicated product and hopefully open source ,Please check some of the links i posted above  . .Might be some magazine project also ?
