Some photos.

Two last photos - main board with diode rectifier (PSL-2401) and synchronous rectifier using IRF7313 (PSL-2402).

This is an open source DIY project. The cost of parts can be calculated according to the schemes.

Or it's missing what you have in PSL-2402_sch.pdf, a section with gate drivers and output mosfets (pg. 4)?

Beautiful project, thanks for sharing!

A few question, if you don't mind:
- is the PSL-3604 simply a 'higher power' version of these PSL-2401/2402, i.e. are the two projects using about same basic design? Or is it one project the 'evolution' of the other one?
- regarding the construction, is it just about build the boards, flash the firmware and it's ready to go, or is there a calibration procedure to follow?

PSL-2401/2 is a somewhat simplified version of the PSL-3604. They have less buttons, less digits display. PSL-3604 has better usability, but it has greater size and weight.

When you turn on the power supply for the first time, the calibration coefficients are loaded by default. The actual output voltage and current will be slightly different from the settings on the deviation of precision resistors and reference voltage. The menu contains easy step by step calibration procedure that requires a reference external voltmeter and ammeter.
