Hi,

Thanks for sharing!

Now i looking for a high voltage version like 237, I would like base on Dave's DIY SMU  and add 237 HV output module.

Can you please give some idea to modify the bias ciricuit from Dave's DIY SMU to High voltage version?

SY

plenty ideas here: https://poormanssmu.wordpress.com/research/. Also, there are a couple of teardowns of the high voltage versions (237 and 2410/2470) around on this forum and elsewhere.

Does anybody know where to get square button covers for this SMU if you are using panel designed by Dave?

Thanks.

Yes, I do! Mouser has them!

Switch, 6mm Tactile       E-Switch   TL1105SPF160Q   612-TL1105SP
Rect. Caps, Grey      E-Switch   1CDGR   612-1C-GR
Maybe look for anothe keycap (there's awhole series) because the rectangular holes are hard to get ok.

Firmware bug?
I successfully performed force/measure Voltage calibration but having issue with current cal. The problem is that "SOUR:CURR <value>" SCPI command is not working and it seems it is the only one.
I can set current using front panel and it seems to be OK except it needs cal.
Is there any firmware bug that I should know about? I am using code from Dave's page.

Thanks,
Mario
