Hi,
Do you recognize this puppy or it's manufacturer?
-
And why would you present us with this without explaining what the gadget is? It’s a lot easier to identify a part if you have some idea what it’s doing.
-
Searching "QFN28 3320" was enough to find this one...
Microchip, previously SMSC, USB3320 (http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/3320db.pdf).

It's a 1.25Gbps SFP

Yes, but the datasheet there clearly shows that’s a QFN32 package, so it can’t be that.

Wow, thanks 2N3055 how did you find it? could you find any datasheet?

Apparently you cannot download it for free. However you can view it here: https://wendang.quankj.com/doc/2be0e925f4335a8102d276a20029bd64793e6242-1.html (https://wendang.quankj.com/doc/2be0e925f4335a8102d276a20029bd64793e6242-1.html) by clicking a button below it you can view next 5 pages.

Thanks for sharing. Have you buy from them before?

I wonder if there is some place for chinese parts datasheets! do you know some place? that would be really helpful.

Yes, I did. They are OK as long as you don't buy things like obsolete transistors which often may turn out to be fake. Also what's listed as used usually are new parts with older date code. They are a good source for oddball parts. Recently I bought 2 types of MCU which were obsoleted 15 years ago, one was listed as used. All arrived brand new and genuine. Don't expect proper ESD packaging though. They will make something stupid like placing parts wrapped into usual static generating film into ESD bag.

Thanks wraper for the update. Do you know where they are located? are they a Chinese company?
