some kinda three phase IGBT pack probably, there'll be a part number somewhere if you desolder it

The part number will be on the underside you will have to de solder it or cut it off the board to have a look.

That said, more manufacturers make similar ones. Without desoldering it and looking at the number you can't be sure.

Filter through Infineon, IR, etc. catalogs, you will find it. I've seen amateur VFD project using those modules in some Russian forum, and i don't remember witch one. I remember that microcontroller firmware was closed source and guarded by the author, so i wasn't interested any more.

It seas that this is obsolete component.
I think you should browse some more shops and catalogs.
