Hi all I hope you are ok anyway, I have lab bench power supply and I need to generate positive voltage rail and negative power rail for OP-AMP and I have also 24V power supply which I will step down converter to step the voltage to 12V how shall I connect these two power supplies in order to get both positive and negative power rail ? I hope you can help me though |

If you just want to split the 24V supply and don't need a lot of power, you could do something like this: |

Do you have a MC7812 or MC7912 three terminal (positive or negative) voltage regulator to step-down the 24V? You would then just wire the two supplies in series. Depending on your voltage requirements, you could just wire a few batteries in series until you can get parts. |

I just remembered that I made this power supply which I build like a year ago but I have not use it fir a while and I forgot it it doesn't look the best but functionality is flawless ;) |
