Dumbest USB PD sink controller
(1/1)
jmw:
Looking for a low-cost & low-component count controller that can negotiate a voltage without a µC; effectively using the type C connector as nothing more than a DC power jack. So far I've found Diodes' AP33771, which fits the bill: requested voltage settable by pull-up/down on 3 pins, no need to use a SPI or I2C bus to configure it, though a little annoying it lacks an integrated high-side switch. Any others?
