What are the emc requirements for military ?

Just a thought as at work we just buy expensive emc filters and use them blindly. What are the actual requirements of military stuff ?

MIL-STD-461C for the americans, I'm sure every country has their own variations, but requirements are probably quite similar.

Obviously depends on what the 'military' stuff is. Def Stan 59-411 which runs to about 1000 pages covers most of the current UK MOD requirement. It should be available free if they let you register at www.dstan.mod.uk
