Tiny / Little logic "4066" up to 10V?
« on: March 09, 2024, 02:11:46 pm »
I'm looking for something like a SOT23 single-gate 4066.
So (on Farnell) I've found parts that are either very long lead-time or only work up to 5V.

Supply: 9V
Input Low: ~= 0V
Input High: ~= 9V

Output = Input UNLESS disabled (hi-Z).

I'm looking for something like a SOT23 single-gate 4066.

ROHMs BU4S66G2 is 18V 4066 in single gate SOT25 package

Thanks one and all.

It seems there are several categories eg Multiplexer, Transmission Gate, Analog Switch.
