Does anyone know of any Fabry-Perot lasers with decent (>50%) efficiency that are available off-the-shelf? Wavelength isn't important, although I assume they'd be red/infrared.

Thorlabs sells a wide variety of visible and NIR laser diodes:
https://www.thorlabs.com/newgrouppage9.cfm?objectgroup_id=4737
With reasonably good data sheets for all of them. Some of them will exceed 50% efficient, at least electrical power -> optical power. Getting 50% wall plug efficiency is difficult as the driver circuit will have losses, and many diodes need to be cooled to maintain their best performance and the cooling consumes power as well.
