Electric Nose

So I've been doing some research (mostly for fun) and came across this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_nose

What I haven't been able to find is a source for any of the sensors; I guess I would want to start with one of the MOSFETs.

Anyone ever play around with electronic noses or know where one can buy the sensors?
