The practice of using Snubberless triacs

Hi, freiens!

Please share your practice of using snubberless triacs.
I'm going to use STMicroelectronics T1635-800G-TR.

Is it really reliable on inductive load?
Do they have a risk of a short circuit when the power is turned on in the reverse drive circuit (phase crossing)?
