Part Identification

Hi, I'm new so please forgive me if this is in the wrong section.

I'm trying to identify a part with the following part number: STmicroelectronics 6M3416. I've tried Google, STmicro, and some of the so-called part finding sights without joy. I think it's a MOSFET used in the speed control of a RYOBI jigsaw.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
