So when you have a pneumatic capacitor, does it have a 100% solid state pnuematic equivilent to an electrical capacitor?

Its capacitance doesn't decrease with voltage/pressure.

All water analogies are limited. Charge does not behave like water and charge density can tend to infinity. At which point you'll blow up the entire universe.
