Looking for 5 mached transistors array on one silicon chip IC

i`m looking for IC what consist of at least 5 mached npn transistors on one silicon chip for termostability reason
hfe about 50-250 and few mA collector current will be ok
Dip or SOIC package will be ok too

Any opinions?

Monolithic means everything is on a single piece of silicon. All the parts listed above are monolithic.

Best to check the datasheet for the devices you are interested in. That should tell you how well matched the parts are.
Usually, they are a monolithic chip, but there sometimes are devices constructed out of multiple parts (hybrids, but they could still be matched parts, especially with very old electronics stuff, when matching parts e.g. transistors, was not uncommon). So checking the datasheet is best.

3904 etc. were never monolithic array designs.  If they don't specify "monolithic", they are singulated dice.

Some are available with dice matched as well as monolithic arrays, but they won't track thermally so you need to use them more carefully for the same purposes.

Basically all 5 tranny arrays are obsoleted 3083, 3086 etc etc etc, however you can still get LM3046 but they are EOL by TI.
