Like probably many users, I got lost while trying to find some informations about ESR meters (and component testers)
There are just too many outdated information spread throughout the years and crazy long threads.
So I created a table to try to summarize some point but I'm just lost.
Every little contribution to improve it is welcome. No sign-in is required, but if you master the topic and you are ready to watch and filter the user's input, don't hesitate to take the ownership of it (the users will ask you to edit it).
