ready to go 10 to 100 thermally matched resistor availability?

So I really would like to be able to buy 10 ohm 100ohm series center tapped packages, on one chip. Specifically this is for distributed op amp gain using low noise op amps (LT1019 or such). The idea being to keep input resistance low but maintain like 0.2-2ppm TCR tracking. Usually parts like this can be had for about 10$ each. But I only got as good as 1k 10k. I never saw a 100:1000 or 10:100 package that would be more useful for like 10$ from vishay. If you need or two it aint so bad, if yoou cascade the gains then you can use for the next chip, as the amplified input noise surpasses the resistor noise at this point.

i found 100:1000 and 100:10k, but nothing for the first stage...

I can't find this bloody part though.
