EVSE control pilot cable PWM parasitics

(1/1)

741:
Looking at http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00637#technicaldocuments, the schematic shows 910R in series with 1kHz PWM on EVSE side whilst the EVSE standards docs I have seen show 1k (that is R1 on the LTSpice file).

I do not think this change (to 910R) relates to the PWM detect portion. Does the move from 1k to 910R relate to the cable charateristics or the op-amp output stage? The documentation is light on this
"This design has selected the OPA171 amplifier based on its input range characteristics (up to ±18 V) and ability to handle various line impedance changes, even non-resistive changes in the event of cable parasitics."

Does a model of a typical EVSE Pilot cable exist for LTSpice anywhere?
