I am looking for the replacement part of SPF3043...and i did not find a equivalent device .
Is there somewhere on the web a big data sheet with equivalent discontinued part?

Sirenza Microdevices (the manufacturer) was acquired by Qorvo in 2008 or so.  Since wideband pHEMT GaAs FETs are not as popular and widespread as something like a 2N2222A, you're likely not going to find a direct replacement.  Your first stop should be to contact the applications engineers at Qorvo to see if they've continued the part (under their own part numbering scheme), or can suggest a replacement.
