Hi everyone,

I am looking for the replacement part of SPF3043...and i did not find a equivalent device :scared:.
Is there somewhere on the web a big data sheet with equivalent discontinued part? :-+

Sirenza Microdevices (the manufacturer) was acquired by Qorvo in 2008 or so.  Since wideband pHEMT GaAs FETs are not as popular and widespread as something like a 2N2222A, you're likely not going to find a direct replacement.  Your first stop should be to contact the applications engineers at Qorvo to see if they've continued the part (under their own part numbering scheme), or can suggest a replacement.
