Hello! For a design, I am thinking about using mosfets I found on LCSC from HUAYI that have insane specifications for the price. Almost suspiciously in a too good to be true way. Compared to an infineon part, I found one from HUAYI with half Rds(on) (which is impressive because this part is sub 1 mohm!), with low switching losses, for about double the price.
While I have found many users praising many other manufacturers, non for this one. I guess one positive is that Infineon trusts them enough for a product line (
https://www.mouser.com/PCN/Infineon_20176A.pdf), but then again you can buy anything from China if you pay enough. The datasheets do feel well laid out and the data seems more like test data than is usual with mosfet datasheets (did they just throw one "random" sample on a machine and call it a day?)
