Reasonably low EMI, low cost, 60V power supply

I'm looking for a supply for an LED lighting project. The desired specs are around 60V, 150 - 200W output power, ideally with a trimmer for output voltage. The goal is a clean DC source, ripple on the PS is OK as long as it's low frequency content.

Looking around the usual places like digikey and element14, the choices are quite limited. Once past 48V it seems to be in the realm of medical supplies, which get very expensive.

The only option I can find is a Meanwell HEP series sealed ballast style supply. It's a nominal 54V output, but can be adjusted up to 58V claimed by the datasheet. It's reasonably priced at around $140 depending on output power.

But surely there's more out there? I don't need a sealed ballast style supply, it's all for indoor use. Mainly interested in minimising any radiated interference from the lights/wiring and also any conducted interference through the mains.

If this is for a one time thing and you can't find it ready made then it should not be difficult to put something together.

Couldn't you buy a plain old switching power supply from a commodity Chinese manufacturer, then add ferrites and secondary shielding enclosure as needed? Why do you need low EMI and how can you tell if you have it?

I suppose you can't avoid the load being 60V?...

Can always do 12V in series with 48V.
