Need Boost-Converter circuit for operation of Capacitor as batterie 0-2,7 volt

Hello !

looking for circuit design for using Capacitor as batterie system...
need either a Booster Converter that can get the voltage up of 0,1 volt to 20 - 100 volt with 10 watt or more

don't know if there are already some circuits(or IC) out there that use Capacitor in parallel for charging and discharging

would be very helpful since im planing to build a Capacitor BMS  from scratch

You do realise that 100mV at 10W is 100Amps?
