Ripple on power supply

I have a router that keeps shutting off the internet after about 12 hours. I measured the ripple voltage on the switching power supply at 41.6 milli volts at 10 Mhz could this be the problem. This is of academic interest really as the router has been replaced, but yesterday I tried it out as a wi fi extender and it worked fine as such but this morning when i turned the computer on I could not connect to the internet so on a hunch I unplugged this router and the internet reconnected. Could the 10 Mhz be leaking through the router and onto the phone line jamming the internet.

PSU is not a problem. Most likely there are dead electrolytic capacitors in the router itself. It is very common fault.
