Heat resistant LED light
« on: August 14, 2019, 02:54:31 pm »
Hi,
I need to make a new LED "light bulb" for high heat environment, 80°C (higher is better).

Current (expensive) LED light looks like this:

There are banks of LEDs in series connected to the LEDx pins. Zeners seems to be 30V.

Is there anything I should improve before I order PCBs?

I guess I should put the MOV after the fuse.

X2 class capacitors should be fine, what do you think? It is 230VAC powered.
