Heating Pad/Mat
AMK5405:
I am trying to create a heating mat or pad. My requirements are 110V/220V, 140/150 degrees F, and the largest would be about 36"x40" and the smallest about 24" x 24". Can be rectangular if needed, cut to a specific shape is nice. I have been looking at things like under floor heating, and carbon fiber. The problem is with carbon fiber is the resistance isn't less than 15/20 AMPs. Carbon fiber cord works but winding a cord up and down and providing consistent heat is next to impossible. Any ideas? TIA!

Use the bed heaters from 3D printer, you'd have to use more than one to get that area but the same sites that sell the 3D printer bed heaters will possibly have one's of the size you're looking for. A little bit of Googling based on what you find from 3D printer bed heater sellers should get you almost exactly what you want.

Would these above be any good?
I have some lower voltage ones for a hot plate.

Thanks for the ideas guys! Should have mentioned this is for like a car windshield, baking a substance onto the windshield. So, the material needs to be flexible.

And some carbon fiber cloth...

Infrared heaters (several) aimed at what you want to heat might work better. Glass is opaque to IR so you should get even heating.
