Help finding a plug used in Tektronix THM720 handheld scope

• Help finding a plug used in Tektronix THM720 handheld scope

• Hi all,
  
  I'm looking for the plug and socket used in the Tektronix THM720 series of hand held scopes for the CCFL backlight connection.
  
  It's 2.54mm pitch and has a stylised 'M' or 'CM' logo on the socket.
  On the plug it has a stylised 'M' logo, I'll try to get a photo soon, it's really small....
  
  Does anyone recognize this connector, or the logo so I can narrow down my search?

  someone tried to find the Logo too and did not get an usable answer.

• Yep, that's definitely the same brand. Now to figure out just what that brand is....

  Maybe it is Murata. I have seen a similar logo on some of their ceramic resonator products.
