Help ID 2 chips and find datasheets: CS4968AM and ALi M5819P

Hello!!

While I was repairing a motherboard I came to the conclusion that probably one of these two is responsible for the no POST.

They  CS4968AM and ALi M5819P. Itried looking for datasheets but I couldn't locate any.

CS4968 should be some clock generator, ALi is a RTC, I'm not sure how to proceed without a pinout.

The issues I have are stuck Reset and no CLK to cpu (it should read 66MHz but is 0).

the CS4968AM    seems  to be the clock generator for the motherboard, this one normally generate many signals

Yes, here I just look for another thing.

I use Duckduckgo, but with google I found way more. Not the first time.
I probably have to switch to G...
