I'm trying to identify  F050 (E050) part SOT-23 (5).

What kind of unit is this?

You can resolve the dilemma of whether the first digit is E or F by cleaning it.

It’s a measuring amplifier with built in power supply and the chip isn’t dirty but burnt and unreadable.

No pdf, just using generic google-fu.  ;)

Verify the part pinout and function reasonably fits inside the device you are repairing.  Despite I could not clearly find any "F050" marked other SOT23-5 devices or could not find anything marked "E050", there may by still lot of other devices under the same marking.
