could you help me identify parts.
I think they are Texas Instrument but i'm not shure on 100% in 10-SSOP(MSOP) case.

Thanks

Seems to be a TPS60312DGS according to the datasheet for that series of chips. They're charge pump ICs.

Thanks for help.
When you put "ATK" on this link :

http://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp#divline

you are right it should be TPS60312DGS
But i was thinking that i need put full symbol "17TI ATK" because i can't find anything.
In future, should i only use the last 3 symbols?
With Regards
R.

If you're searching TI's listing then yes, I believe they only use the last three. The "17TI" is more of a manufacturer mark than a part number, and maybe the 17 part is a datecode. I just googled "17TI ATK IC" and one of the top results was the PDF datasheet. Googling "17TI ATK" didn't find anything, though, so including "IC" or "chip" or a possible manufacturer can help with searching.

Ok, many thanks for info
