Help identify some SMD components.
« on: April 27, 2019, 08:27:43 pm »
Hi, I was hoping if you guys could help me identify these two SMD components. I'm new with SMD components so any tips on figuring out the component markings will be greatly appreciated.

The IC has got the markings 7639 X37C. Its used for a flow meter sensor.

The next one is a surface mount transistor, with the marking 1AMW on it. It would make a lot of sense if it was a pnp transistor with the middle pin being the base. I have shown the diagram I drew and the diode check measurement results I got. I have indicated the plus sign as the red probe and the negative sign as the black probe of the DMM.

The 7639 might be a Matsuki ME7639, which is a P-Channel MOSFET. Wasn't able to download a datasheet, but I think there should be plenty of replacements if needed.

The marking reference site chip.tomsk.ru  suggests MMBT3904L, an NPN from On if "W" is a date code. Several other 3904 variants are marked "1AM"

And now I find someone selling 2N3904s marked 1AMW
