My finished COILGUN
« on: February 17, 2018, 03:22:31 pm »
Hi, I have been working on my coilgun for few months and wanted to share it with you. It has six coils driven directly from Li-po batteries instead of charging caps. Definitely not the most powerful one but I wanted efficiency instead of raw power. That just turned out to be pain in the butt to program since I don't even have an oscilloscope  :D . Anyways I have almost made 3D printed enclosure and all of the files available on thingiverse and instructable  if anyone is interested in building one:

I'd also like to thank @fourtytwo42 who helped with some of my troubleshooting. I'm just hobbyist so the gun is far from perfect. Especially the sketchy electronics. I've made whole video about it going into details and just by building it I realized few things I could have done better but I'd like to hear you guys think :) .

I was skipping around the video to try and find where you were firing the gun but no luck.  Could you post a few time links?  Thanks.
