Looking for any suggestions on measuring high voltage but low current with a multimeter
Thanks

How high voltages?  :-DMM
And is it high voltage or current from a high voltage source you want to measure?
DC or AC? What frequency?

The more details you give the better answers you will get.

Yes it depends on the voltages of course. One option is something like this:

of course n the appropriate rated voltage for what you want to do.

The other thing you MUST do is learn the safety procedures for dealing with high voltages so you don't kill yourself.  A few mA passing through your heart will not be a happy day.

Generally the one basic rule is when probing around high voltages is to keep one hand behind your back. That way you lower the chances that during a mistake in where you put your hands will pass a current through your heart.

Without knowing what you are trying to measure there is not much to be said.
