Title: High Voltage Generator Mosfet drive flyback transformer
Post by: mu34tant on June 29, 2022, 11:14:48 pm
I want to use this driver board ( ( with this transformer ( ( The driver board is designed for 12v. The transformer is primary is setup for 125v. The driver board uses UC3845b timing chip and can be powered offline. I will have a 125v source ( ( figure 13. I am going to use this mosfet that has characteristics of the 110n8f6 except a much higher Vds ( ( 051n15n5. There will be a common ground for the 12v and 125v supply. There is a 1ohm 5w resistor between 12v supply and mosfet source. I was thinking of going with a 0.1ohm 5w resistor between 125v source and 051n15n5 source. Is this a good idea?
