Title: HOME MAKE HAKKO STATION, SOLDERING STATION NEW PROJECT 2018
Post by: Long Technical on April 26, 2018, 01:45:22 pm
Hi Friends,i am a newcomer. I try to make Make Hakko Station. At my project i use IC LM324 for controler At this video i show you how to i make it. You can see the result on my video. The circuit run very well. The total cost of the project is around $10 - $15.
Look at my video at youtube.com i show you step by step how to make this

  It's an interesting project.
It seems that you're using LM324 to process the signal from the thermocouple.
Unless I'm mistaken, LM324 has a big input offset relative to the thermocouple constant.
That means you have to calibrate each circuit individually.
Also the input offset varies with the temperature.
Have you measured the variation of the soldering temperature w.r.t. the temperature of the controller circuit?
