Android Tasker (If Not location)

Hi there, not sure if im in the right branch for my question if im not just let me know  ::)....
I have a question, Android, Tasker app, if anyone uses it, im trying to make a profile in wich.. If Im NOT in a location, it turns the WiFi off and the data on, my problem is how I do the "NOT here" part...
