Title: how to send mms with gsm/gprs shield?

Hi all.
I am working on my first project and i am trying to send a picture as MMS with arduino uno connected to tinysine gsm/gprs shield( http://www.ebay.com/itm/GSM-GPRS-Shield-For-Arduino-/230911052682 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/GSM-GPRS-Shield-For-Arduino-/230911052682) ).i am using SD and i cant figure out how to send the picture

I don't know how but it may be possible using AT commands to the GSM?GPRS Shield. I suggest looking at the ETSI standards GSM 07.07 & 07.05 | Enhanced Commands available on line and the module specific SIMCOM AT Commands to see if it supports MMS.
Does the Arduino Uno come with software to run the SD Card protocol? If not could the board be changed to one with an SD Card socket and software. Some of the SD Card protocol specification is available on line.

What you're looking for I believe is module specific.  The standard AT GSM commands do not cover it.  You'll need to find the MMS command manual for the SIM module you have there.  I have the command for Quectel but they definitely won't work on a SIM module.
It's not trivial what you are trying to achieve... it might be hard!
