Designing a 2S BMS with UnderVoltage, OverVoltage and OverCurrent protections.

Hello everyone,
I spent the whole day today looking for a single chip solution for a 2S BMS that has both Over Current and Over and Under Voltage protection.
While there are a lot of BMS chips that provides the UV and OV protection. I could not find a single chip that has both of them.
My requirement is that the chip should be under 1.5$ and has less then or equal to 16 pins.
Current limit is 10A and I am using LiIon batteries.
Has anyone came across a chip like that?

So I ended up picking the BQ78Z100 from Texas Instrument. Its a bit out of the budget but for now it will do but if anyone can suggest a cheaper version with the same features then I would be thankful.
