HP E3630A triple dc supply design error found and solved

if you own one of the HP powersupplies in this series,

please check its load drop curve with a scope, most likely yours got the same problem,
it is very easy to fix, all details here
it is a very nice supply i am super happy about it, so it is clearly worth fixing it,
so it is nice and stable under pulse load conditions.
